Employee Engagement Expertise Builds Morale and Staff Connection
A major telecommunications company aimed to build its Employee Resource Group (ERG) reach and effectiveness by strengthening the infrastructure and internal processes necessary to engage its global employee base. CSR Talent Group placed a former Chase senior level employee engagement expert with over 20 years of experience at multiple companies and employee engagement organizations. Over the course of the assignment the ESG consultant enhanced team efficiency with a RACI matrix, supported strategic hiring efforts, updated the ERG national guidelines, developed onboarding and excellence resources, helped to facilitate executive engagement, and advanced religious diversity training initiatives.
